At Stylor, we strive to deliver your favorite clothing items quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines our shipping timelines, delivery charges, tracking procedures, and coverage area across Bangladesh.

1. Coverage Area & Processing Time

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh to all major cities, district headquarters, and sub-district (upazila) levels through our trusted logistics partners.

Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Verification: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a quick phone call or SMS confirmation prior to dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timeframes after order confirmation:

Inside Dhaka City: 1 day

Outside Dhaka (All other districts): 2 day

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Standard delivery rates apply based on destination:

Inside Dhaka City: BDT 70

Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

Free Shipping: Free shipping offers may apply to special promotions or orders exceeding a specific cart threshold (e.g., BDT 3,000+).

4. Inspection upon Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect the parcel upon delivery in the presence of the courier representative. Please verify the item, size, color, and physical condition before accepting the delivery.

5. Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or code via SMS/Email to monitor your parcel status.

Delivery Attempts: Courier agents will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your contact phone active. Unreachable orders will be returned to our central warehouse.

6. Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, political strikes, public holidays, or courier logistics constraints. Our support team will notify you in case of any significant delay.
